Invivo Taylor’s Rose is a wine produced by Invivo & Co in partnership with Taylor’s, a famous Port wine producer in Portugal. It is made from a blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a small amount of Tempranillo, that is carefully selected and blended to create a fresh and vibrant wine.
The wine has a light to medium body and a pale, salmon-pink colour. On the nose, it has notes of red fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, combined with floral and zesty citrus aromas. On the palate, the wine has a juicy and refreshing taste, with a good balance of acidity and fruit flavours, making it perfect for warm days.
Invivo Taylor’s Rose pairs well with a variety of dishes such as grilled salmon, salads, grilled chicken, or fresh fruit. It is best served chilled, between 10-12°C. It is usually bottled in a standard 750ml size.
